Too many to name. Not too many to pick favorites. Out of thousands of deliverables, these are a few I’m proudest of.
VOYAGE INTO DISCORD
Designed, wrote, and provided promo copy for a two-hour interactive adventure to support Discord’s Roll20 partnership. Had to be instructive, engaging, and demonstrate a deep knowledge of the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game.
Result: 20k plays in the first week, 1.1M+ views across social channels. No angry D&D players in the comments, which may objectively be my greatest professional accomplishment.
7th ANNUAL BLOXY SHOW
Co-authored the script and run of show for an immersive, hour-long, fully-animated virtual experience celebrating Roblox’s community and creators. Got to take a seat in the virtual theater next to awestruck fans.
Result: 25.5M+ live viewers in first month, 3.3M+ YouTube views. Overwhelming positive sentiment.
UNREST
Lead writer and head of promotions for an independent videogame. Wrote all 130k words of scripted dialogue, all press emails, all promotional copy.
Result: Turned a $3,000 Kickstarter goal into a $36,251 runaway hit. Delivered a script IGN called “great writing” and Gamespot referred to as “haunting” and “refreshingly human.”
